Lala Lala “Spy"

Lala Lala has a new track called “Spy” on the forthcoming Immigrant Rights Benefit compliation from Ruination Records, So Many Singing Vol . 2. They joined on the compilation by 49 other artists including fellow Chicagoans Bill Mackay, V.V. Lightbody, Half Gringa, and Minor Moon.

The album is set to be released on December 6th and the label is currently planning a release event in Chicago on December 13th with details to follow, but with proceeds going to Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights

Lala Lala (aka Lillie West) will be performing at Sleeping Village on January 16th with Nnamdi and Sen Morimoto.

Lala Lala “Sleepyhead” Reissue

Hardly Art has announced that they will be reissuing Lala Lala’s 2016 self-released debut Sleepyhead. Previously only available on limited-release cassette and digital download, Sleepyhead, complete with new album art, will be available on vinyl, CD, and cassette on August 23rd.

Lala Lala “Water Over Sex” Audiotree ‘Far Out’ Video

Lala Lala and Audiotree have release the band’s performance of “Water Over Sex” from their 2018 debut album, The Lamb. Their line-up for this set included the talented, and everywhere, Nnamdi Ogbonnaya on bass.

Lala Lala will be performing two sold out shows at Lincoln Hall this month, but were also named as one of the many local artists (Ric Wilson, Tasha, Dreezy, Whitney, Grapetooth) to be included in the 2019 Pitchfork Music Festival line-up taking place on July 19 to the 21st.

WHY? & Lala Lala "Siren 042"

Lala Lala (aka Lillie West) has teamed up WHY? (aka Yoni Wolf) to release a new single and Scott Fredette-directed video called “Siren 042”. Lala Lala had a tremendous 2018 with the release of her latest album, The Lamb, via Hardly Art and the critical acclaimed that followed.

Lala Lala will kick off their first ever headlining U.S. tour on January 17th with a sold out show at Metro with Snail Mail.

LaLa LaLa “Copycat"

LaLa LaLa has released a video for their latest single, “Copycat”, from their recently released LP, The Lamb.
